Please note that it is a natural coconut, handmade product, so each coconut may not have the same size as mentioned.
The color is brown.
Please allow an uneven color in some coconut shells.
Delivery and Shipment
Shipping to the post office is one to three business days after the payment.
Our carrier is Thailand Post which cooperates with the USPS. The estimated delivery from our carrier is 10-23 days to your destination. We ship to your address by a confirmation guarantee delivery with tracking. There might be a delay. We will do our best to help you get the item. A refund is acceptable when you don’t receive the item after 45 days.

A return is acceptable under reasonable reason.
The shipping cost is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for a return cost.
Please return the item in the same condition you received it 15 days after you received it.
