Marked "Germany" underneath.

It has a clockwork mechanism to power the rear wheels but this is broken (when tested the key just turned with ease but did not wind)

The front has battery compartment for the headlights with a switch in the side window but the bulbs are missing.

Front wheels adjustable with the lever underneath.

Also I think it is missing the front grill 

Wear and signs of age to the paint
