Condition is "Pre-owned". Good used condition with visible spots & distress. The legs measure closer to 29.5" but do not appear to be hemmed or altered from what I can tell. Marks on the legs & rear. The jeans were made in 1994 based on the information on the care tag. This item has been cleaned per eBay's used clothing policy.
