Shipping Methods:
Shipping is limited to the 48 states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally.
Please ensure the address you are shipping to is correct prior to making your purchase.
Shipping Damage:
All of our shipments are insured. Every shipment is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Please inspect your shipment before signing for it. If you see ANY damage to the packaging, check DAMAGED (upon inspection) on the Freight Bill of Landing and contact us immediately. If the unit is damaged and you sign off on it as a clear delivery, then we will not be able to take responsibility for any damages. It is then your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
Returns:
Please note that we do not accept returns. All products are sold in their listed, "As Is" condition. Due to the nature of this type of
inventory, Aurora carefully catalogs the conditions through photos and detailed notes. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully review
these before purchase. We offer a 30-day guarantee that the unit works and if you experience issues within the first 30 days we will
send a service technician out to repair.
