You are looking at a genuine Nikon 6T 62mm close up diopter.  Selling all my Nikon photo gear due to health issues.  Lots of hard to find items are great prices.  These have not been used.  I no longer have the boxes as there were stored in a soft lined filter case.   Price is for one filter only. 
 
Nikon Close-up Attachment Lens 6T provides an easy way to increase magnification.  When attached, you can use automatic exposure control and TTL metering. The higher the close-up lens number, the closer you can focus. The attachment lens is equipped with Nikon Integrated Coating to improve contrast and reduce flare. 6T, along with 3T, 4T and 5T are two element achromatic lenses that ensure high image quality. The 5T and 6T works best with lenses from 70mm to 210mm and has a 62mm filter thread.
