This is in excellent condition.  The spine and book binding are solid.  There is no water damage or musty smell.  I'm unsure what the white spots are on the back of the book but they don't affect the integrity of the book.

I use the least costly service when mailing (between USPS and FedEx) which is determined at the time it is sold, which may not be the exact mode stated in the listing.  If a person pays too much in shipping based on whichever mode is selected when I ship the item, the excess will be refunded.
