Late 1890’s Marine / Nautical Lantern with swing arm hanging handle found in a Seacoast NH home. Originally an oil lamp, the burner has been removed but it could easily be electrified and hung on a bracket or with chain. It also could work with a candle illuminating underneath as it has heat venting for flame. It has a weathered black finish, is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks or dents. The glass is beautiful and thick.

Measures 19” to the top of the handle, 15.5” to the top of the lantern. The bottom diameter measures 7 1/2” across.
