 1-Bassinet (can be used top or bottom) (Please note the bassinet cover is from an older model and doesn't zip perfectly if you are looking to use the warming cover over it (not included) but it is fully operational and covers the bassinet frame and fits the stroller (little tight to click handle). 

 Adapters for the upper and lower seats to add extra room between the seats. (Lower adapters that replaced recalled adapters are included)

This stroller is from a smoke free home. It was gently used for twins, there are scuffs on sides from taking it in and out of the car. (See pictures) 

All of the necessary adapters have been included to interchange the seats seamlessly. 

I found the bassinet great to use in the house, so easy to carry a newborn around while they are sleeping or even have them safely sleep next to you in it.
