Hi and welcome to my auction for this gorgeous skirt by Monsoon for age 11-12 years. The skirt is pull on style and has an elasticated waist. There is a small frill above the gathering that goes all the way around the skirt. The top layer of the skirt is 100% polyester and it is 100% cotton lined. On a cobalt blue background it has clusters of flowers that are a mix of pinks, blues, white, lilac and yellow with green leaves, each cluster has a pink and white flamingo with brown eyes and beak. The waistband is pink. It is in excellent condition.
