This black leather tote bag from CHANEL is a perfect addition to your collection. With a quilted leather pattern and gold hardware accents, this limited edition bag is a timeless piece. The bag has inner pockets of leather, certificate card of authenticity, and a CHANEL iconic "double C" Rhinestone Charm Zipper Pull. The bag dimensions are 12 in width, 11 in height, and 5 in depth, with a handle/strap drop of 10". The bag is perfect for those who love designer handbags, but still like a functional bag.

The diamond "Chevron" quilted sides are finely stitched in black. The iconic CHANEL  brand name is on the leather zipper pull. The bottom leather surface is smooth.

Between 1986 and 2004, Authentication Cards had 7 digits, as this authentication card does. Bags I found online of similar style were from the 1990s. The solid leather handles/straps are not very common from my research. Most of the similar ones were listed as "sold out" or "out of stock", so the research was  tricky. I'm not a collector, but tried to find as much info for you as I could.

Until the later half of 2008, CHANEL featured 24-karat gold hardware, instead of the gold-toned hardware which was used after 2008 and up through today. Because of this bag being from an earlier era, I believe that this bag is especially valuable.

This bag is from my Mom's Estate Closet. It lived in her smoke free home. It has some wear on the leather, as the photos show, but it is still in nice shape, and is very useable.  It was cleaned and cared for.

The rhinestone charm may have been added by my Mom. She loved bling. She was a lovely and happy lady.❤️
