If you would like to return your product please reference our Return Policy Page here but be aware that we require a Return Authorization # in order to accept the product in our warehouse. We will also be requiring a photo of the item you received, showing any discrepancies, as the reason for return. Please contact us via the Message Center to obtain a RA# and reference your order number. If your product is damaged we require that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt, all claims after this period are not eligible for return. If you are still unsure about our return policy one of our representatives will be able to readily assist you.
Please note, if choosing to purchase an item at the "Buy it Now Price" as well as choosing to "Make an Offer", you may be penalized by eBay for this. When an offer is accepted by eBay, we will not cancel the order on our end if payment is not made, which will result in a penalty for non-payment. If payment is made for both items, we cannot guarantee a cancellation without being contacted and receiving a cancellation confirmation from our warehouse. As a result, the order will be marked as "Buyer Cancelled" and refunded if confirmed.
