USPS has increased their prices, so we will slowly be updating our shipping cost to $12 for flat rate priority including signature confirmation as well, due to too many pieces being marked as delivered but buyers not receiving it. Any price discrepancy between or pieces are due to this gradual shipping cost update, and the higher cost will eventually apply to all listings.
All measurements are approximations. Please, carefully measure your wrist, décolletage, finger, and waist, or use an old bracelet, necklace, bolo tie, belt, and so on, to determine your size. Returns due to size will not be refunded the original shipping.
All items in our store are preowned, and in vintage-used condition. Minor wear, light surface scratches, and other common conditions in used items should be expected. We do our best to mention all details, but it's possible that we may miss something, so please look at all the pictures, as they are considered part of the description.
When considering the color of the stones, please allow for some variation in color. We attempt to capture the actual color of the stones/shells to the best of our ability, but cameras, lighting, and monitors may not portray the exact color. When the color in the photos is significantly different from the original, we will do our best to add that information to "additional notes" at the bottom of the listing. If you have any concerns regarding color, please ask questions before making your purchase, as returns due to color issues will not be refunded the original shipping.
Items have a fixed price, however, we will consider all reasonable offers. Low-ball offers may be disregarded depending on the volume of email we receive on any given day. If you are making offers much lower than asking price, we apologize in advance for the delay in response or lack of one, as we give priority to our buyers, shoppers asking for more details, and our wholesalers ordering in bulk.
Store Policies:
- We do not require immediate payment at time of purchase, and will work with buyers, at our discretion, on a future payment date that is mutually convenient. Depending on the asking price, you may have up to 90 days to make a payment. If more time is needed, please contact us to see if we are able to accommodate your request.
- We offer free return shipping so long as we receive the request within 14 days from delivery date for items purchased in the "Collectibles" category (when it's the primary category), and 30 days for items purchased in the "Jewelry & Watches" category (when it's the primary category). Free returns do not apply to international orders. If buyer wishes to pay for the return shipping, we will accept the return and refund accordingly. Original shipping will not be refunded.
- Items must be returned in the same condition described in the listing or we will deduct a percentage of the price of the piece to cover the cost of fixing and/or bringing the item to its original condition.
- Our items are packed securely and under surveillance cameras for your peace of mind, so if you feel something is missing from the package, please check it carefully before discarding the box.
- ALL returns will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee up to $30, unless the item has a flaw not previously mentioned in the listing, shown in the photographs provided, or if any aspect of the item, such as a measurement, was grossly misrepresented in the listing. Measurements are not exact will have slight variations of 1/16" - 1/8".
- We ship next business day after payment is received. Friday sales are usually shipped on Mondays, unless it's a holiday. We usually ship via USPS, if you would like us to use a different carrier, please contact us PRIOR to making your purchase, as shipping costs may be different. IF you make a carrier request AFTER making your purchase, we cannot guarantee that it will go through, as items are prepared for shipment early in the morning.
- Some items are listed with First Class shipments, and others are listed with Priority shipment, unless buyers request something different prior to making the purchase, we cannot guarantee we will be able to change the shipping method after the sale is processed. Either way, a tracking number will be automatically generated by eBay and posted to the transaction for both First Class and Priority shipping as soon as we create a label. Some items over $200, all items over $350, and some items going to certain regions of the country with severe shipping delays and missing packages, will require signature upon delivery.
- We combine shipping for multiple items. Please keep in mind that first class shipping charges will vary by location and weight, so additional items will cost more to ship and the refund may be less to cover the additional charge. We often add the the total cost of the postage to the label so that buyers can be sure that all shipping funds are refunded when not used for shipping. We refund any shipping unused shipping funds over $1.
- E-bay has been charging sales taxes for out-of-state sales since October 1st, 2019. Sellers cannot bypass or make any changes to this automated tax charge.
- Feedback will be left either after we receive a feedback, or upon request and after the 14 or 30-day return time-frame has passed. You are not required to leave us a feedback to receive one. If you choose not to leave us a feedback, but want one, just ask us. If your experience with us is less than satisfactory, please give us the opportunity to resolve any issues before leaving us a negative feedback.
