All of our devices are grade A and we make every effort to describe all of our computers as accurately as possible. Some devices may show minor signs of wear (on the shell, keyboard, physical buttons, bezel, etc.) and we make every effort to specify in each listing. Rather than using a stock photo, we photograph each device so you know which exact machine you are bidding on.

What is not covered by warranty/refund policy:

• Any device that has had the warranty sticker moved, removed, defaced, voided or changed.

• Any damage caused by water.

• Any damage caused by physical/ magnetic force.

• Any damage caused by improper use or neglect.

• Any damage caused by tampering or attempted repairs.

• Any damage caused by using non-OEM equipment (such as charger or a docking station).

• Anything related to battery life (Consumable item. Even brand-new batteries' lifespan is drastically altered due to factors such as heat, usage, charging habits, etc. We guarantee the "battery remaining life" to be at 51% or better).

• Anything related to Windows updates, hardware drivers or software applications.

Any order with these shipping addresses will be automatically cancelled and relisted. Payment is due within 24 hours of winning bid/ offer acceptance.

If you do not receive your order, please reach out to us no earlier than 2 weeks from expected delivery date and no later than 30 days after the sale. This will ensure if a device is lost, we can begin a trace and immediately after process an insurance claim for a refund/ replacement (at our discretion due to stocking availability).

We reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from the refund for the loss in value of the item if a device is returned in a different condition than shipped, within 30 days of purchase, per eBay policy (this includes changes to the originally installed operating system). The device must be returned in the exact packaging with all of the parts in the exact condition it was shipped out (if the device was used, an OS wipe to factory via "reset this PC" must be done to be eligible for a full refund). No partial refunds.
