This is a one-of-a-kind piece of American history with 149 authentic signatures from 151 of the book's contributors including Donald Trump, John Glenn, Buzz Aldrin, George Bush, and Coretta Scott King. This 2002 hardcover "My America" (What My Country Means to Me by 150 Americans from All Walks of Life) is the leather-bound Eastern Press edition that is hand signed by author Hugh Downs. The remaining signatures were attached to the book after its publication. The book is numbered 815 out of 1,160 and is accompanied by a COA from the publisher.
The book is in very good condition. It is printed on archival paper with gilded edges and has fabric end sheets, a silk ribbon page marker, and high-quality binding. Note: because the book is full of cut signatures, it does not close completely.
