Suitable as an improved replacement to standard RJ11 to RJ11 cable that comes with your Fibre router.
Whilst there are many factors that can influence the speed of your new Fibre connectivity, improving the quality of your cable is generally the first step in establishing better speed.
There are some Youtube videos that show improvement using Solid Copper CAT5e cable versus the basic stranded copper cable that comes in the box.
Having said this, other factors can be the cause of poor speed which would need to be addressed either within your home or by your ISP.
Some modem routers take RJ11 plugs and some take RJ45. Please ensure you make the correct plug choice for your device.
