We use eBay Managed Payments to process payments for purchases from our eBay store. This makes it easier for all parties involved. If there is a problem, we can both contact eBay directly. We've taken out the middleman, PayPal.
Our Business Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM Central Standard Time. We do our absolute best to ship orders the same day when placed before 2:00 PM CST, when not back-ordered from the manufacturer. Our shipping department uses USPS, UPS and/or Fed EX. We do offer expedited shipping options. Additional shipping charges may apply when shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or any US Territory. Orders shipping internationally or to a PO Box may be cancelled at our discretion. Any item we over $500.00 USD, may be shipped with signature confirmation required. Please inspect all purchases upon arrival and notify us immediately of any parts damaged in transit as soon as possible. You are required to notify us within 5 days of receipt of any damaged parts. Re-shipment of items damaged in transit will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Shippers require the original packaging and/or pictures. By purchasing from us, you the buyer acknowledges this and will assist us with any damaged in-transit carrier requirements. We ship from warehouses all over the country. This allows us to cut down transit times and get you the parts you ordered quicker. Your purchase will ship from the closest warehouse that has the part in stock and may come in several packages on different days. Please message us for faster shipping options, at an additional cost, if there is an urgent deadline required for your parts arrival. If a package is refused or you are not able to make delivery arrangements with the carrier, a Restocking Fee may apply.
We do not ship Non-C.A.R.B. Compliant parts to the state of California and we reserve the right to cancel any order requesting us to do so.
eBay Global Shipping Program:
We only ship outside the United States of America using eBay's Global Shipping Program. We do not control their shipping charges, nor their in-transit times. Shipments made through the eBay's Global Shipping Program, can only be returned at the expense of the buyer. Global Shipping items are subject to our standard return policy.
All of the parts we sell are eligible to be returned. All Electrical parts must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging. All returns require an RGA# & must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Returns without a RGA# and/or beyond 30 days may be refused and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If an error is made on our part, we will cover the return shipment and re-shipment of the correct product. If you are returning an item on your own, package the product accordingly to prevent damage. If the product being returned is damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to handle the damage claim with the carrier he/she chose to ship with. Refunds are typically issued within 48 hours of being processed and may take 3-5 business days to post to your account.
Cores:
Core returns are to be returned within 45 days of purchase. Cores must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging they came in to receive full core credit. Buyers are responsible for core return shipping. Return labels are available upon request and can be provided. If a core label is requested, the shipping cost will be deducted from the core refund amount. As mentioned in the Returns Section, cores are expensive. Please ensure & protect them accordingly.
