This is the Repair & Return your part. By purchasing this listing you are agreeing to send us your part for repair. Your unit will be repaired upon the arrival at location. Repair service usually can take 24 to 48 hours depending on the gravity of the damage.
All units are tested before shipping back out. Description of repairs will be provided and we wil call to inform of those repairs as well.

Shipping:
We offer free UPS Ground return shipping once your unit has been repaired. Return shipping via UPS ground can take up to 5 days depending on where you are located. If you need faster shipping we offer Next Day Shipping, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Services.
When sending in your part it is necessary to take precautions to ensure that your part arrives in the same condition that it was shipped. Please use protective layers such as bubble wrap & packing peanuts when shipping your part. Make Sure to retain your tracking number to ensure delivery. We recommend shipping with UPS, but all carriers deliver in our area.

ACR offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all parts & repair services. Warranty is for the repair of the part only. If there is a problem with the item please notify us prior to altering or installing the item. Altered, abused, or improperly installed items will void the warranty. Warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not cover shipping, labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages, or any other incidental fees. If for some reason the part malfunctions within the warranty period, the defected unit must be shipped back at customers expense with a copy of your invoice and a note of what is happening with the vehicle. All warranties are subject to company approvals.
Testing Fees:
Not all electronic parts are repairable. If a part is not able to be repaired we will contact you to go over options. If your part is found to be in good working condition there will be a test fee of $100, return shipping is still included in the test fee. The remainder of the original price charged will be refunded. If your part is found to be not repairable it will returned at no charge.
