Personalised wooden name signs ranging from 2cm high to 12cm high (first capital letter).
We can do most basic silhouette/outline characters, add a message at checkout and we will let you know if any problems.
One character - Positioned at the beginning or end of the name.
Two characters - This can be two different characters, one is positioned at the beginning, one is at the end of the name
Each letter in the name will be joined forming one single plaque. The font sheet is to show the style of the lettering however even the un-joined fonts will come joined.

Name length will depend on the amount of letters required and the height of the letters chosen - the height of the letter refers to the first capital letter, lower case letters that follow this will be proportionally smaller.
All names are cut using a laser cutting machine so please expect some burn marks and a slight smell of burnt wood on the plaque - this is unavoidable during the cutting method however burn marks can be easily painted over if you choose.
All names/words will be written exactly how you have written them ie if you write all lower case we will send all lower case and spellings will be exactly the same as you have spelt them.
(If you are wanting all capital letters please message us for a quote as this will make the plaque significantly larger)
Please note: If ordering all lower case letters, these will still be sized as if a capital letter has been ordered. For example if 'sophia' is ordered in lowercase at 6cm tall, the name will end up being approximately 4cm in height. Also in most fonts numbers work out smaller than the capital letters so if you order 8cm numbers the size usually works out 1-2cm smaller than the size ordered as this too is in proportion and sized as if a capital letter has been ordered.
We can make the names/words in any font providing this is a free downloadable font - please add requirements at time of purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours if any problems. Grammar symbols available. If no font choice is requested we will choose a font from the list on your behalf.
The names are MDF of 3mm thickness

We kindly ask that all items are paid for as soon as possible after clicking 'buy it now'. This allows us to post your item to you sooner.
We unfortunately can't ship any items until payment has been confirmed and any e-cheques and pending payments have cleared.
Shipping Information
We offer free standard 2nd class shipping on the majority of our items.
All unpersonalised items will be dispatched within one working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive orders 2-3 days after dispatch (for orders sent RM48).
We obtain proof of postage and delivery for all items, however in the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post then please get in contact as soon as possible for us to resolve for you. We cannot treat an item as lost until 10 working days have passed, and any damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Returns Information
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). We unfortunately cannot refund any postal charges and do charge a 10% handling fee on all returns.
You can return a product up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging.
We unfortunately cannot offer returns on any personalised items unless they have been misspelt (our error).
