All unpersonalised items will be dispatched within one working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive orders 2-3 days after dispatch (for orders sent RM48).
Isle of Mann and Channel Islands orders are accepted however we charge a £1 postage fee on these orders to cover the signed for postage costs.
We obtain proof of postage and delivery for all items, however in the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post then please get in contact as soon as possible for us to resolve for you. We cannot treat an item as lost until 10 working days have passed, and any damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
If an item is undeliverable for any reason and is returned to us we are unable to send unless a handling fee is paid (£1 for orders under £18 and £3 for orders over this amount).
Returns Information
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). We unfortunately cannot refund any postal charges and do charge a 10% handling fee on all returns.
You can return a product up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging.
We unfortunately cannot offer returns on any personalised items unless they have been misspelt (our error).
