While most orders are shipped the same or next business day, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Custom builds or special orders have a 2 week lead time for production.
Warehouse hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm Pacific Time. Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Continental U.S. Standard: Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
Continental U.S. Expedited: Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, U.S. Protectorates: Please allow anywhere from 3 business days to 2 weeks for delivery.

USPS First Class Mail Intl: Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. A shipping confirmation number will be issued. Please note that tracking is not available. USPS Priority Mail Intl: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Includes tracking.
USPS Express Mail Intl: Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Includes tracking.
FedEx/UPS Intl: Guaranteed delivery within 2-5 business business days. Includes real time tracking. Please note that these are private shipping companies who charge much higher Customs Tax and shipping rates than USPS. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote.

Tax or VAT for International Customers: International customers might be liable to pay tax to receive their shipment. We cannot be responsible for paying any VAT or Customs taxes. Please contact your local import agency to find out more information regarding the tax rate for your country. We are happy to accept any special customs requests or instructions you may have for your shipment.

Terms of Sale

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the date your item was received. Before you return the product, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the proper return address/instructions.

Returns Policy:

Returned products must be in brand new, resalable condition, along with any and all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Returned products without an RMA may not be processed.

If returned products are not received in resalable condition, please be aware that this will result in additional charges deducted from your refund.

Shipping charge is non-refundable. If Free Shipping was received, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns, unless the item is defective. This amount will be determined by our RMA department after the returned product is tested for defects. Products damaged by the customer will be returned to the customer with no refund and at customer's expense.
