Delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd class unless you pay extra to upgrade the postage option at the checkout. Orders are sent out Monday - Friday and sometimes on Saturdays if we have time. If your order is urgent then please contact us so we can advise on a delivery schedule.

We are happy to accept returns on items as long as the following conditions are met. You must inform us that you want to return the item no more than 30 days after you receive it. The item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, bent, or marked. We understand that customers may want to try items on their pets to make sure they fit, and this is fine but there must be no hairs or dirt on the item when it is returned. Postage is non refundable, and we don't pay return postage unless the wrong item was sent or the item is faulty, in which case please contact us through the eBay messaging system.  To return an item, please use the eBay messaging system or click "return this item" next to the item in your purchase history in my eBay. Please include either the original invoice or a returns slip with the item so we know who's sent it. You are responsible for making sure that the item is returned to us, we can accept no responsibility for items lost in the post upon return. You may want to use a tracked service to ensure the item is received safely.
