Satisfaction Guaranteed. Contact us within 7 days of
delivery if you would like to make a return or if there is a problem with
your order. We need to receive the item back within 14 days after contacting
us.
We will issue an RMA number. Include the RMA number, along with your full name, email
address, and item number with your shipment. Please print the RMA number on the
outside of the box.
You will receive a refund of the purchase price. The refund does not include
any shipping charges (unless FREE SHIPPING). Buyer assumes responsibility for
shipping the item back to us at their expense. We will only accept the item
back in the original new condition. Any item that is
returned used will void our return policy and no refund will be given.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:
If you receive a damaged/broken or incorrect item contact us within 14 days
of receipt. Please provide proof of damage or incorrect item by emailing us
a picture. If you cannot provide a picture, you may be required to ship the
item back at your expense. After we receive picture or returned item we will
provide a refund or replacement at our discretion. Depending on the
situation, you may not be required to ship the item back to us.
