We provide fast UK mainland delivery to most of our items. We always make sure that your orders will be processed and be delivered within or earlier than the estimated delivery date. Tracking details are added to each order to monitor it's progress.  We also offer shipping abroad through eBay's Global Shipping Centre. We dispatch same day up to 2pm and in same cases later.

All items are brand new and sent in perfect condition, we are always at the mercy of the couriers once dispatched so ask if any items that arrive damaged you must notify us within 24 hours and we will work with you to solve the problem.

We offer a 30 day return policy for our products. In case of factory defects or damage, we will replace the product for you or provide refund once item is returned. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging's and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it and we shall send you a returns label for either Royal Mail or Hermes Parcel Shop drop off. You will be required to cover shipping for any unwanted items or were you have not read the listing description properly. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30-day limit has expired.
