This 5 ring binder hardcover Better Homes and Gardens Handyman's Book is in good condition with no breaks/cracks to the spiral binding, lightly bumped corners, and minimal edge wear. The bottom ring is bent and does not close completely. There is no writing/markings within the binder. The dust jacket is in very good condition with minimal edge and spine wear and some minor chipping at the top and bottom of the spine. The book is a 1st edition and was published in 1951 by the Meredith Publishing Corporation.
