Vintage Indiana Blue Iridescent Carnival Glass Ruffled Diamond Cut Dish Tray Bowl.  It has bright color with thick, heavy diamond cut glass on the back which can be seen on the front side with a starburst design in the middle.  There is a ruffled edge.

Measures 10" in diameter x 1-1/4" high and weighs 1 pound 15 ounces unpackaged.

There are no cracks or breaks but there are some scratch marks on the inside.
