Good vintage condition.

Stains to pp. 194-195 & pp. 274-275 (appears that flowers were pressed between the pages). Mild foxing throughout. Gift inscription to front end paper. Otherwise, pages unmarked. Internal hinge cracked between pp. 172 & 173. A few pages with small tears to edges. Minor scratches to illustration facing p. 214. Binding firm & square. Covers have wear at spine ends with a bit of fraying to fabric & small tear to fabric at top rear corner of spine; rubbing & wear to corners & along edges; rubbing to titles & wear around edges of front pastedown illustration; mild bumping to bottom corners; some light staining & marks to front & rear covers.

Showing its age & wear typical of a children's book of this period, but still solid & attractive.

Ships well-packed in a box.
