I have 5 skirts available. All are in good preowned condition. 65% polyester 35% cotton. My daughter wore these for one school year, her senior year (9 months) for a medical vocational program. They have mild wear from wash/wear. Waist is full elastic and measures approximately 11 inches across front of waistband unstretched. Length is 28 inches. Two side pockets and pocket on right side with two sized areas. Back of skirt has a 7 inch slit. They are a bit wrinkled right out of the dryer and could use some ironing.
