I'm the ORIGINAL OWNER of this issue of VSCA, Vintage Snowmobile Magazine March 2009 # 1. It comes from a non smoking, climate controlled environment of my playroom. In my subjective opinion I would rate this issue as HIGH GRADE condition as it was only opened once. The cover colors are bright and crisp in appearance.
