We grade visually and conservatively but, in the event that you are unhappy with the grading of your vinyl purchase(s), please contact us, and we’ll attempt to rectify the situation. We attempt to playtest records that have potentially troublesome areas, though we lack the time to listen to 100% of all titles. We cannot guarantee that your listening experience will mirror our own as the variety of turntable, receiver and stylus from person to person is nearly endless. We do not list anything that we know will skip, however we will note if we suspect it will pop or have significant surface noise. Due to the nature of vinyl records, there may never be a truly perfect listening experience, the beauty is in the ear of the beholder.
