GENERAL POLICY 


  •       Payment 

      • We only use transaction payment through PayPal. 

      • E-check will take 3-4 days to go through. 

      • We use eBay’s safety and security checkout. 


  • Shipping


        • We ship 99% of packages the same day if the customer order before 2:00Pm EST. 
      • Most items ship 1-3 business days within receipt of your order (Sunday orders will be processed on next Monday). 
        • Before you order, please! confirm your address is correct, we will not take responsibility for the wrong one. 
        • We ship to a PayPal confirmed shipping address. 


  • Warranty Replacement Policy 


      • Atapartsfinder offers limited warranty for replacement items within 90 days that is valid from the date of the order is printed on the invoice. 

      • If an item is damaged during shipping, or defective, or fail within 03 months warranty period, you can return for replace. We will be immediately sent out the same warranty item. 

        • Warranty Replacement Policy does not provide for a refund of the purchase price. 
        • We are not responsible for items that subjected to abuse (off-road, competition), commercial use, improper installation, accident, or normal wear. 
        • We will not warranty any/all parts which are not installed by an ASE certified mechanic. 
        • We reserve the right to refuse any item return that does not meet the requirements in this warranty. 
        • Customer responsible for all shipping costs incurred in a warranty replacement. 


  • Return policy 


      • Atapartsfinder accepts the return for an item for a refund within 30 days after the date that an item is delivered. A refund will be given as money back or replacement if the return items are in original condition: 
                                    * Have not been installed.
                                    * Still in original packaging. 
                                    * Have not been used. 
         * Are not damaged due to improper installation. 
         * Do not have missing any part.
          • If any return item that is not in its original condition and the reasons for the return are not a result of Atapartsfinder’s errors, customer have pay for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee can be applied to the return item. 
        • If there is the proof of error on our parts, customer can obtain pre-paid shipping label for their return of merchandise (continental U.S only). 
            • If the items are received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the cost of the merchandise returned. 
        • Atapartsfinder does not accept return of the product from purchases older than 30 days. 

        • Please contact us through email on eBay before you begin the return process.
