DISCLAIMER: We don’t wipe or clean off the memory of an ECU at all when dismantling. When this ECU is installed on another vehicle it may require reprogramming. Please consult your installer for advice.

Warranty & Returns

Unfortunately I do not always have the time, manpower or facilities to test everything I pull. It’s just the nature of the business. To account for this I offer a 30 day warranty so that the buyer is covered and will either replace the part if I have another in stock or issue a full refund. Most of the parts I sell have been removed from wrecked vehicles so there is no reason to assume that they don’t work. 
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. The refund will be returned to the buyers account once the item has been received back and inspected. Please include a tracking number for proof of delivery. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless it is because the item is faulty. Proof will be required. The refund will be for the cost of the item only and not the original postage cost.

Please note Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays to all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of the global pandemic. Australia Post have also suspended services to some countries entirely.

I may still be able to arrange delivery using a courier service but please note that will generally mean higher postage costs to what is stated on eBay. If this applies to your country I will contact you immediately after your purchase to inform you of any extra postage charges you may be liable for.
