Following feedback on this popular product, please note that silk sari ribbons are artisanal products made by women in co-operatives in villages in India. The ribbons are made from ripped strips of new silk sari fabric. As such there will be creases which you may wish to iron out, but we find that most customers are happy to use these vibrantly coloured silk ribbons as they are. They are tied loosely with one knot which is easy to untie so you can use the individual strips.
