Junior’s low rise capri pants stripes black

The junior's low rise black capri style pants have black threaded stripes in a diagonal pattern. The capris have three belt loops and two front buttons with zipper closure. The fabric stretches slightly; however, the sizing does run small. Because these are low-rise, they sit at the upper hip area, not the waist. Please see the sizing information for more details.
