New 2024 Shipping policy.
We have discovered that ebay’s new shipping calculator has does not do a good job of estimating the cost of our parcels. With that, if you are buying one pair of shoes, go ahead and pay full price of the shipping quoted. There is a very high probability that you are paying more than what we will be able to get the shipping label for. We promise to immediately refund you that difference upon generating your shipping label. Furthermore, if the parcel costs more than you paid for shipping on ebay, we will eat that extra amount. We have tried to fix the shipping calculator with ebay to no avail.
If you are buying more than one pair, remember that we offer free gifts, more importantly, please do the following. Find the shoes you like. Click “add to cart”. Once you have the pairs you wish to buy, click on your cart. Then look for the button that says “Request Total”. This will prompt us here, to get your shoes packed up. At that point we will send you an invoice with your total.
Returns.
We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the package according to tracking. So when the mail man delivers, the clock is ticking. We will accept a return with a full refund on the cost of the shoes if they we are contacted within that 14 days and you return them exact condition as you bought them. If there are signs of wear we will prorate your return based on the wear.
We can also exchange if you wish if a size does not fit and we have a different size of the same model. Instructions will be printed and placed inside your box before we ship them out to you.

Heels are for everyone. If the shoe fits, wear it. Shoes do not have Gender, and therefore we encourage both men, women, everyone in between and those who have yet to decide to wear high heels. Figure out creative ways to incorporate them into your everyday outfits. Heels are fun and should be enjoyed by everyone.
We are not judgmental here, however, that said, we also respect your privacy. We always ship in either brown boxes or in shoe boxes wrapped in regular brown wrap. We also go the extra mile and tape the bagezus out of your packages for two reasons. Most carriers are rough on packages and many carriers forget that paper or cardboard is not water proof leaving boxes out in the open to the elements. We want to protect your purchase and your privacy.
