This is a vintage mouth blown, hand painted glass Christmas ornament made in Italy by De Carlini.
It is a gray circus seal balancing a red and white ball.
It has glitter embellishments.
There are a few spots where the paint has flaked - please see photos, but the glass is completely intact.
