White Bush Scallop Summer Squash (Cucurbita pepo) is an ancient native American heirloom grown for hundreds of years. Known as a patty pan squash, this variety will grow to be golden and 7" across, flat saucer shaped with scalloped edges. Some call it Flying Saucer squash because of its shape. Plants are more bush and less vining than standard summer squash. Best if picked around 3" in diameter as it will be more tender
