Condition: I would consider this as light use. Stickers are present. Everything is tight. There was a major fold of the upper right 3rd of the magazine. It's not color breaking and hard to photograph but it is there. The spine looks good with no creasing. Minor wear. It's a white cover so it's a little dirty. The rear cover looks like it was never folded for the "Mad Fold In".

All cards, comics and books are graded as a matter of personal and amateur opinion. I will never grade anything Gem Mint as I'm not confident enough to grade something that perfect.
