This cookbook is called Sunrise RV Resort Recipes by Sunrise RV Resort. It has some stains. It is in used but not abused condition. It shows wear and use to it but has a lot of life left in it. It may be a different shade in color then it appears in the photos and comes from a pet friendly home.
