Kevin Christopher McFadden known by his pen name Christopher Pike
 is a bestselling American author of young adult and children's fiction.


'Vampire' was copyrighted in 1996 and this is the
First Archway Printing from September of that year.
The book contains 181 pages plus an 'About the Author' page.
'Die' was copyrighted in 1991 and this is the
First Archway Printing from April of that year.
The book contains 248 pages plus an 'About the Author' page.
"Road" was copyrighted in 1993 and this is the
First Archway Printing from March of that year.
The book contains 212 pages plus an 'About the Author' page.

Pike first tried his hand at writing science fiction and adult mystery. 
Later, after an editor's suggestion, he began writing teen thrillers.
 His first attempt resulted in the 1985 novel 
Slumber Party.
The book was an immediate success and Pike's career as a Young Adult author took off.
In addition to these novels, Pike has written several juvenile novels
 under the Spooksville
 series title, as well as several adult novels.


The books are in GOOD + Condition.
The soft covers show some shelf wear including rubbing.
'Vampire' is an ex-library book so there are numbers taped to the spine,
a crossed-out bar code on the front inside cover, a library stamp and
 some pencil notations on the Copyright page, and the cover is laminated.
The soft cover has creases and bumped corner on front.
 'Die' has some dents on the bottom edge.
There is a small but deep indentation on back.
'Road' is also an ex-library book with a blacked-out bar code
on the front insode cover and a mylared cover.
The bindings are tight and the pages are crisp and clean -
no dog-eared pages, no rips, no tears, no markings
except the library markings.
