DISCRIPTION

• Preowned and vintage items may show normal wear (i.e., loose hem, seam or buttons, scuffs, marks, or other small imperfections) 
• Items come from smoke free environment but pet friendly. 
• All hand and machine washable items are gently washed prior to listing. 
• Items that require dry cleaning are spot cleaned only.

SHIPPING

• Items are packaged and shipped within one business day of received payment. 
• Buyer pays shipping. 
• Cost is calculated based on the package size, weight, location, and selected method. 
• Packages 15 oz. or less are sent USPS First Class (2-5 business days) 
• Packages 16 oz or above, buyer has the option of USPS Economy Parcel Select (1-8 business days) or USPS Priority (1-4 business days) 
• Combined shipping is available when items are added to your cart and an invoice is requested prior to payment. Note: if items are ordered separately, they will be shipped separately.  

RETURNS

• Free 30-day returns available for most items.
• Altered or wrong item returned may not receive refund.
• Original postage will be refunded if due to seller issue.
• Original postage will not be refunded if due to buyer mistake or items doesn't fit when measurements were provided.
• Once item is received, inspected, and approved the refund will be issued.
