This pretty dress is the perfect spring summer dress that can be work casually or more dressy.  It is a red sleeveless breezy maxi with tiers.  It has a loose shift silhouette;  the dress is slightly closer at the bust, but definitely not fitted. it has a loose seam between the bust and the waist (see pics of the seam), then drops down to the flowing tiered bottom.  The dress has a delicate small floral print in shades of white, pink, coral, and brown.  It is tagged size Large, size 12-14,  but is generously sized and would easily fit an XL.  (please see measurements).
