Tubes are tested and have no shorts or leaks, tubes are used. The number on the tube is the tube strength percentage. Tube tested on Sylvania model 140 tester. Range is 70% to 130%. With 70% being weak and 130% being very strong. A good tube would be 100% to 130%. Very strong tube is 120% to 130% . Will combine shipping with other items I have listed on eBay.
