Game is Complete (many of the components are still sealed in plastic)

Bi-fold Game Board

Six (6) metal tokens (Bird Bath, Earthworm, Binoculars, Birds Nest, Owl and Winged Egg)

Dice

Bird Species cards [Sealed]

A supply of brown plastic “Bird Houses” and green plastic “Trees” [Sealed]

“Bird Watching” and “Bird Calling” cards [Sealed]

A stack of currency

Game also includes the original instructions and white plastic bank tray

Game plays the same as the traditional Monopoly game using Deed cards featuring different bird species

Overall, game is in Excellent USED condition with essentially no wear & tear

Original box is in Good condition some wear & tear from handling and some small areas of missing lithography
