Powers up, produces sound, has issues with one channel - selling as is for parts & repair only. Has recapped power supply and new lights installed, real wood case and brightwork in good condition with several small to moderate flaws/age scars. I believe the output transistors have been replaced and are running hot, the unit gets warm/hot fairly quickly after the relay opens up upon power up. When I would test it I could barely crank it a 1/4 turn and the gain was incredible, likely too much, sadly.
I have no time to continue to troubleshoot, if you buy it you're buying an as is, "I have issues", very old Yamaha receiver and not a perfect, working unit. Reach out with any questions, I'm great with replies and want you to feel comfortable with your purchase.
