The raincoat / Housecoat is made from a stiff nylon and rustles when worn. Buttons run from the top of the neck to the hem.

There is some damage to the back from an over hot iron but no holes. 

Measurements when laid flat:

Armpit to armpit - 25

Nape to hem - 41

Armpit to cuff - 20
