RETURNS Faulty, Damaged or Items Not as Described: We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. To ensure this, we offer an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, a full refund will be given, including return postage costs if applicable. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. Unwanted Purchases/Wrong size/Change mind - Your Right to Cancel: You have the right to change your mind in which case we give you up to 14 days to return the item. IMPORTANT: • Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with the original packaging, tags and labels all intact and attached. • Items that have had tags removed or smell of smoke, etc will not be eligible for any sort of return exchange or refund. • You must notify us of your intent to cancel and return within 7 days of receipt • IMPORTANT NOTES: • Return postage for items that are the wrong size is payable by the buyer and a refund of the item cost (excluding our original postage cost of £3.00) will be made within 24 hours upon receipt of the item. • Please package up securely. • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
