Thank you for checking out one of my Buy-It-Now items. For sale is a copy of Dennis the Menace #50 (Apr, 1961) by Hallden (Fawcett) Comics. Dennis the Menace created by Hank Ketcham. Don't miss out on this classic all ages comic!

The details: Scans are of the actual comic you will receive. No stock photo here. Collector's noteA comic graded in this condition is showing significant wear but is still complete and readable. Comic is strictly graded in good- (GD-) condition according to the Overstreet Price Guide grading guidelines. Fits the criteria of Good but with an additional defect or small accumulation of defects that detracts from the book's appearance by a perceptible amount. Check scans closely for condition and defects. Defects include those consistent with a copy graded in good condition; book length creases and dimples may be present, multiple moderate to severe bindery stresses, moderate soiling, staining and foxing may be present, rounded corners are more common, a half-inch triangle or quarter-inch square may be missing from front cover, tape and other amateur repair are more common in Silver Age and older comics, spine roll is likely and up to a two-inch spine split is possible. Staples may be degraded, replaced or missing. Moderate staple tears and stress lines may be present as well as rust migration. Paper can be brown but not brittle. Cover shows significant wear and may even be detached. Cover reflectivity may be low or completely absent. Centerfold may be loose or detached. Moderate interior page tears may be present. Note: This copy has a half-inch spine "split" at upper spine edge and a one and a half-inch spine "split" at bottom spine edge. The comic also shows "chipping" along most edges of front and back cover. There is a quarter-inch "tear" at upper left corner of back cover with a one-inch "crease/fold" of the back cover corner as well. Cover is attached and a centerfold is tight. Slight discoloration of staples. Cover gloss is mostly absent. Pages are yellow to tan.

Shipping details: After nearly ten years of keeping shipping costs at the same rate, we have recently had to raise them due to another increase by the USPS. Comic ships in a comic bag with backing board securely and safely within a Gemini cardboard mailer for $5.95, which includes tracking number and insurance. Larger orders of comics/magazines will ship in a small box. Note: Larger orders may ship USPS Media mail, UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground, whichever is cheaper, since most larger orders would typically qualify for the free shipping method [paid by me].

[Note: with the rising costs to collector supplies not all comics will be boarded in larger orders but all will definitely be bagged].

[Additional Note: We will N-E-V-E-R ship your comics in junkie mailers or cheap flimsy boxes; i.e. a school pocket folder or cereal box! Your comics will arrive to you in the same condition that we sold them in. We do our best to always place them into new comic bags and boards or Mylar sleeves for the older more valuable comics. Since we have been using Gemini cardboard mailers we have never had any comics delivered damaged.]

Shipping discount details: Each additional "buy-it-now" comic is included at no additional shipping charge. Remember, only my "buy-it-now comics" will ship for one rate at $5.95, no matter how many you purchase. Be sure to add any additional items to your shopping cart in order to receive the combined shipping discount. As always, if you purchase $25 or more in comics and/or trading cards plus any additional items that I have included as part of the "promotional shipping offer" then you're shipping will be FREE! Please pay upon close of auction. If you are bidding on additional auction items, please wait till close of last auction, and then request an updated total with any shipping discounts you may have qualified for before paying. Remember, I am unable to combine Buy-It-Now items with auction items due to eBay procedures. I am able to refund a portion of the shipping after the purchase of your Buy-It-Now item if you are wanting to combine with an auction item. Free shipping is only offered on my Buy-It-Now items and generally is not offered on my auction items (unless I am running a special promotion on certain inventories). I am presently not selling cards internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii. [NOTE: I no longer refund any shipping for those customers who do not place all Buy-It-Now items that they are looking to purchase into eBay's shopping cart feature prior to making final purchase in order to realize any and all shipping discounts. There are fees directly from eBay that include a minimum purchase fee per each item and those add up quickly. So again, please utilize the shopping cart feature!]

Payment and other details: I accept eBay payment processing and I will ship items most every day unless for unseen circumstances. I do get busy from time to time as I work full-time and I have a family. I do my best to ship same day or next day, but with all of my commitments I may occasionally take longer that is why I have a handling time of three to five business days.

FINAL NOTE: I have been a collector/dealer for more than 40 years and even owned and operated my own shop from 1992 to 2008. I will be continuously listing a ton of collectibles from day to day and week to week as that is how much stuff I have. So be sure to check back frequently to see what's new! If you are looking for something in particular or have any questions feel free to email me. Thank you.

Please be aware that it is virtually impossible for us to update the descriptions of all our older Buy-it-Now items on eBay, [that would take entirely too much time] so you may notice a difference in shipping charges for those older listing descriptions (for example: $3.95 or $4.95). All of our newer listings will have all of the most up to date and current details on shipping charges, etc., going forward. Also, it is more than likely shipping charges will increase again at some point in the future but we will always do our best to keep them as affordable as possible. Thanks again to all of my loyal customers and new customers as well ~Michael
