I bought this and hooked it to my sim setup but never used it - replaced it with a Moza model to match my wheel. Was attached, but never used. 

I have tested it and it works fine. 

I don't have the original bolts/screws that came with it (got lost while shifting parts over the last year) but will include the pictured bolts for mounting using the outside rails. If you want to bottom mount it, you will have to track down the necessary smaller bolts as I could not find them.
