Vintage Roadblock (v3) from Hasbros G.I. Joe Action Force figure line.

Figure is in very good clean condition with minor paint loss/rub (mainly to back of torso), play wear and fairly stiff joints. Clean screws and no cracks. Figure has been fitted with a new o-ring.
