Not sure if this is complete or not - it has a lot of little cardboard squares - a few are Unpunched.

Hence the starting price - as these can go for much more

Has the instructions and 3 other sheets for play as well as the board which folds up nicely - seems in good condition

I don’t know a lot about the game - it is vintage and seems to sell quite well
